YOUR 1 ST VISIT: Our step-by-step process

STEP 2 – Consultation: Dr. Franklin will then review your health concerns that were previously gathered on your first call with our doctor. Together, you and Dr. Franklin will affirm his understanding of your concerns and how he may best help You. Our priority is to ensure that you feel UNDERSTOOD. Your first visit will last 45-60 minutes.
STEP 3 – Examination: Once we have all the information about your health concerns, if Dr. Franklin feels he can help you, you may proceed with a paid Examination. This comprehensive Examination includes: postural, neurological, orthopedic and chiropractic exams. The
chiropractor will examine your entire body as a whole and not only the area that is in pain.
STEP 4 – X-rays: Once the Examination is complete, Dr. Franklin will take digital X-rays that he deems medically necessary to help determine how to proceed with your tailored care.
STEP 5 – The Best Provider for You: Based on your Exam and X-ray findings, Dr. Franklin will be able to determine if you are a candidate for chiropractic care. If you are not a candidate, we will refer you to the correct provider in our community who may best help you.
