THE BODY VIBRATION PLATE
AKA Vibe Plate, Whole Body Plate (WBP)
After the new patient exam, Dr. Franklin will decide if this is a therapy that will benefit you. Research does show that Vibe Plate may help improve muscle strength and that it may help with weight loss when you also cut back on calories. WBP may also have a role beyond sports and fitness. Some research shows that whole-body vibration, when performed correctly and under medical supervision when needed, can:
- Reduce back pain
- Improve strength and balance
- Reduce bone loss
WOBBLE CUSHION THERAPY
After the new patient exam, Dr. Franklin will decide if this is a therapy that will benefit you.
A wobble cushion helps rehydrate spinal discs and circulate spinal fluid. Discs have no direct blood supply, so movement is required to pump in healthy fluids.
SPINAL AND EXTREMITY ADJUSTMENTS
A spinal adjustment, also known as chiropractic adjustment or spinal manipulation, is a therapeutic procedure where a chiropractor or osteopath uses their hands or tools to apply a sudden force to a spinal joint. The goal is to improve spinal mobility and the body's physical function. Spinal manipulation is often used to treat musculoskeletal issues like:
- Low back pain
- Neck pain
- Headaches
- Sciatica
- High blood pressure
- Menstrual cramps
Extremity adjustments are a practice that involves manipulating joints to restore proper alignment and function, and promote smooth movement. In medical terms, an extremity is a limb, or appendage, of the body, especially a human hand or foot. It can also refer to the farthest or most remote part, section, or point of the body. For example, the fingers, toes, and nose are all extremities that are farthest from the heart.

This device is designed to mimic the effects of a manual spinal adjustment. Some chiropractors use the device because they find it is a more precise way of manipulating the spine.
Impulse Adjusting Instrument
This patented device was specifically created to deliver gentle and precise chiropractic adjustments to the joints of the spine and extremities to correct subluxations and restore function.
The Impulse Adjusting Instrument® is controlled by micro-computer circuitry housed within the device that produces a controlled force that chiropractors can use to treat different areas of the body.

ROLLER TABLE
AKA Roller massage traction table
After the spinal adjustment, patients end their session with a 10 minute relaxing Roller Table massage.

There are three tables to choose from.
We have relaxation of white noise in this room for ultimate relaxation after your adjustment with Dr. Franklin. We can show you how to use these tables if needed.
NECK TRACTION PILLOW
Patients use these while on the Roller Traction Table. These are also for purchase at the front desk.
